BACKGROUND

 

Don Eodice is an expert witness and published author whose career spans 30 years of experience in handling and managing insurance claims. His experience encompasses personal lines, commercial lines, excess/surplus, property, professional liability and reinsurance claims. Don has led both internal and external audit teams to review claims and operational procedures. The majority of his career has been serving in managerial positions at insurance companies and TPA’s where he composed several claims manuals and litigation and guidelines.

 He is a court approved expert witness who has testified on insurance policy language, coverage, claims handling duties, and bad faith.

In 2012, Don Eodice formed Eodice Consulting, LLC to utilize his over thirty years of professional claims experience, his education and his professional insurance claims training to provide expert witness service to both defense and plaintiff counsel. He has been approved to testify as an expert in court and judges have cited his reports in their opinions in favorably ruling for his clients. He also provides client advocacy and claims auditing services.
